Role & responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using Pega PRPC/Pega Platform.

- Translate business requirements into scalable Pega solutions.

- Configure workflows, case management, business rules, and decisioning components.

- Develop integrations with external systems using REST, SOAP, APIs, MQ, and databases.

- Implement UI components, validations, and security models.

- Perform code reviews, unit testing, debugging, and performance tuning.

- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Architects, QA teams, and stakeholders.

- Ensure adherence to Pega best practices, guardrails, and coding standards.

- Support deployment, production releases, and defect resolution.

- Create and maintain technical documentation
