Position: Tandoori Chef Location: Mohali Department: Kitchen / Food & Beverage Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced and skilled Tandoori Chef who can prepare high-quality North Indian and Tandoori dishes while maintaining taste, presentation, hygiene, and food safety standards. Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and cook a variety of Tandoori and North Indian dishes . Handle and operate the tandoor safely and efficiently.

Prepare marinades, sauces, chutneys, and other required ingredients. Maintain consistent taste, quality, and presentation of food. Ensure proper portion control and minimize food wastage. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen and tandoor area.

Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times.



Coordinate with the kitchen team for smooth and timely food preparation. Check the quality and freshness of raw materials. Manage kitchen work efficiently during busy hours.

Follow instructions from the Head Chef / Sous Chef. RequirementsMinimum 2–4 years of experience as a Tandoori Chef. Good knowledge of Tandoori and North Indian cuisine. Ability to work efficiently under pressure.

Good understanding of kitchen hygiene and food safety. Team player with valuable discipline and work ethics. Relevant hotel/restaurant experience will be preferred.

Salary As per experience and skills.
