Role & responsibilities

- Prepare authentic Indian tandoor dishes as per recipe and quality standards.

- Handle tandoor operations including naan, roti, kebabs and other tandoori items.

- Maintain consistency in taste, presentation and portion control.

- Ensure proper food hygiene, cleanliness and kitchen safety.

- Manage tandoor ingredients, stock and daily preparation.

- Coordinate with the kitchen team for smooth service during busy hours

Preferred candidate profile

- 2-5 years of experience in Tandoor/Indian cuisine.

- Strong knowledge of tandoori items, breads and kebabs.

- Positive understanding of kitchen hygiene and food safety.

- Able to work efficiently under pressure.

- Experience in hotels, restaurants or reputed food outlets preferred.
