About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Tally Administrator &

- Developer to manage, optimize, and customize our Tally ERP/Tally Prime infrastructure for our distributors, particularly in relation to Distributor Management System (DMS) implementation.

Key Responsibilities1.

Tally

Development &

- Customization (TDL)

- Design, develop, and deploy custom modules, add-ons, and functionalities using Tally Definition Language (TDL).

- Customize default voucher formats, invoices, purchase orders, and payment advice to match specific business and branding requirements.

- Create complex, customized MIS reports, dashboards, and financial summaries tailored for management decision-making.

- Build and maintain integrations between Tally and third-party software (Distributor Management System).

- Debug, rewrite, and optimize existing TDL codes to ensure seamless compatibility when upgrading to newer versions, such as migrating from Tally ERP 9 to Tally Prime.

1. Tally Administration &
- Support

- User Management: Create and manage user profiles, define strict security controls, and configure role-based access to safeguard sensitive financial data.

- Database Management: Handle year-end data splitting, regular data backups, restore operations, and ensure zero data loss.





- Performance Optimization: Monitor system performance, resolve speed lags over LAN/WAN/Cloud servers, and ensure smooth data synchronization across multi-location branches.

- Troubleshooting: Act as the first point of contact for end-users to resolve operational errors, synchronization failures, and data corruption issues.

Required Skills &

- QualificationsTechnical Skills

- Experience: Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in TDL programming and Tally system administration.

- Software Mastery: In-depth knowledge of Tally Prime and Tally ERP 9 architecture.

- Integration: Proven experience integrating Tally with external databases (SQL) and web services via XML/APIs.

Soft Skills &

- Education

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot complex data errors.

- Excellent communication skills to translate business requirements from the finance team into technical TDL solutions.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple internal support tickets efficiently.

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Applications (BCA/MCA), Information Technology, Commerce (B.Com), or a related field.

- Official Tally Certifications (TCP – Tally Certified Professional) will be considered a significant advantage.

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
