Key Responsibilties:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing to closure)
- Use search (Naukri/LinkedIn) to find candidates.
- Screen profiles and shortlist relevant candidates
- Coordinate interviews and follow-ups
- Manage multiple open roles
