We are looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist with strong experience in end-to-end sales hiring. The role involves sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, managing offers, and building a strong sales talent pipeline.

Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for sales roles.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, and job portals.
- Screen profiles, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Manage offer negotiations and candidate onboarding.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, talent pipelines, and regular stakeholder updates.

Requirements
- 4–6 years of Talent Acquisition experience, with exposure to sales hiring.
- Strong sourcing skills across LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and other platforms.
- Good communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple positions in a fast-paced workplace.
- Experience in B2B, SaaS, Enterprise, HRMS, or Technology Sales hiring is preferred.
