Roles and Responsibilities

- Source top talent through various channels such as social media, job boards, employee referrals, and headhunting.

- Conduct initial screening of resumes and cover letters to identify potential candidates who meet the requirements.

- Coordinate interviews between hiring managers and shortlisted candidates.

- Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding current hires.

- Ensure timely communication with both internal stakeholders (hiring managers) and external stakeholders (candidates).

Desired Candidate Profile

- 2-5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or related field.

- Strong understanding of End-To-End Recruitment processes including sourcing, interview coordination, offer management etc.

- Excellent communication skills for effective candidate engagement throughout the recruitment cycle.
