We are looking for a professional and experienced HR Recruiter/Talent Acquisition with 2+ years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition. The candidate should have a good understanding of recruitment procedures, strong communication skills, and the ability to effectively manage the end-to-end hiring process.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment processes from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
- Manage candidate follow-ups, salary discussions, and offer negotiations.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate records.
- Ensure smooth joining and onboarding coordination.
- Understand and follow company recruitment policies and procedures.
- Build and maintain a solid candidate pipeline.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring requirements.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in HR Recruitment/Talent Acquisition.
- Good understanding of recruitment procedures and HR practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good technical skills and proficiency in MS Office/Excel and recruitment portals.
- Professional attitude and strong coordination skills.
- Ability to handle multiple positions and work within deadlines.
- Good negotiation and candidate-management skills.
- Experience in retail, jewellery, or related industries will be an added advantage.
