/ Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent.

- Collaborate with department heads to understand recruitment needs and job specifications.

- Source candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, and employee referrals.

- Conduct initial screening and interviews to assess candidate suitability and alignment with organizational culture.

- Coordinate and manage the interview process, ensuring timely feedback and communication with candidates.

- Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.

- Build and nurture relationships with universities, recruitment agencies, and professional networks.

- Manage the offer process, including salary negotiations and extending job offers.

- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
