- Handle end-to-end recruitment across Sales, Tech, news, digital, production, and corporate and diverse functions for Mid to senior leadership hirings
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements
- Maintain recruitment data and hiring reports & hands on exp in industry mapping/headhunting(Mandatory)
Preferred candidate profile
- 712 years of experience in Talent Acquisition (media industry preferred)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a quick-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Familiarity with job portals and ATS
- Education qualification must be PGDM/MBA in HR field.
