Role Description The Talent Acquisition Specialist Intern will support end-to-end recruitment activities for various roles across the organization in a full-time, remote capacity. Day-to-day responsibilities include sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating and conducting initial interviews, and assisting hiring managers throughout the selection process.

The intern will help maintain applicant tracking data, schedule interviews, manage candidate communication,



and contribute to employer branding initiatives on digital platforms. The role also involves collaborating with HR and business teams to understand hiring needs, support onboarding documentation, and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated interest or foundational knowledge in Recruiting and Full-life Cycle Recruiting, with the ability to support end-to-end hiring processes.
- Skills in Interviewing and Hiring, including candidate screening, assessment, and coordination with hiring teams.
- Awareness of Employer Branding practices, including promoting the organization on social media and qualified platforms.
- Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills, with attention to detail in documentation and follow-up.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and handle confidential information responsibly.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
- Comfort with using HR tools, applicant tracking systems, and common productivity software (e.g., MS Office, Google Workspace) is an advantage.
- Previous internship or project experience in HR, recruiting, or talent acquisition will be considered a plus.
