Role Description The Talent Acquisition Specialist role at LearningShala is a full time, on-site position based in Noida. In this role, the specialist will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers to meet staffing needs across functions. The position involves developing and maintaining talent pipelines, posting and optimizing job ads, and ensuring a positive candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.

The specialist will also support employer branding initiatives, participate in career events,



and contribute to recruitment strategies that align with LearningShala’s growth and culture. Daily responsibilities include using recruitment tools and platforms, maintaining accurate recruitment data, and collaborating with HR and leadership to anticipate future hiring requirements.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated expertise in full-life cycle recruiting and recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding.
- Hands-on experience with interviewing and hiring processes, with the ability to assess role fit, potential, and alignment with organizational values.
- Experience in employer branding activities, such as crafting recruitment marketing content and representing the organization on job boards and social platforms.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment tools, and MS Office or equivalent productivity software.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida, manage multiple requisitions, and meet timelines in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field; relevant certifications in recruitment or HR are an advantage.
- Prior experience recruiting for education, edtech, or service-oriented organizations is preferred but not mandatory.
