About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled IT Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team in Noida, Sector 16. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes for various IT and technology roles across multiple clients. This role requires a proactive approach to sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates, ensuring a seamless hiring experience for both clients and candidates.

The successful candidate will work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements, develop effective recruitment strategies, and deliver qualified candidates within stipulated timelines. This position offers an excellent opportunity for professionals looking to advance their careers in IT recruitment within a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.





Qualifications The ideal candidate should possess at least 2+ years of proven experience in IT/Technology recruitment. A strong understanding of various technical roles and skills is essential. Candidates must have hands-on experience with sourcing through popular job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other platforms.

Proficiency in Boolean and X-Ray search techniques is required for effective candidate sourcing. Candidates should have excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and MS Excel is also necessary.

A proactive mindset, the ability to work under pressure, and a passion for recruiting in a fast-paced environment are highly desirable traits.

Responsibilities The primary responsibilities of this role include sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various IT roles across technologies such as Java, Python, .NET, DevOps, Cloud, AI/ML, Data Engineering, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Oracle, SAP, Testing, RPA, and Full Stack Development. The recruiter will collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop targeted sourcing strategies.



Managing candidate pipelines and maintaining regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process is crucial.

The role also involves coordinating interviews, providing timely feedback, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. Additionally, the recruiter will be responsible for maintaining accurate records in ATS and generating reports to track recruitment metrics. Building and maintaining relationships with both clients and candidates to ensure long-term engagement is also part of the responsibilities.
