Role & responsibilities

- 1-6 years of experience in Non-IT recruitment / sourcing
- Proven experience in bulk hiring / volume hiring
- Exposure to hiring for Accounts, Finance, CXM, WFM, and Operations roles
- Strong sourcing and screening skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable working from office.
- Versatile to extend working hours based on business requirements

Preferred candidate profile

- Experience working in consultancy/staffing firms or high-volume hiring environments
- Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools
- Strong networking and candidate engagement skills
