Job Title: Talent Recruiter – IT and Engineering Recruitment

Location: Kochi, India

Key Responsibilities

- Source senior-level and highly specialised technology candidates for leading global organisations across European and International markets.
- Conduct market mapping, talent intelligence research, and proactive candidate identification using multiple sourcing techniques.
- Manage, cleanse, and expand candidate and client databases through CRM systems, job boards, social platforms, and industry networks.
- Identify technology trends and market movements to evaluate candidates against current industry standards.
- Build and maintain strong candidate relationships through networking, engagement, and targeted communication.
- Develop and expand client portfolios by generating new leads and building relationships with key decision-makers.
- Research and identify client stakeholders, hiring managers, and business leaders for targeted outreach campaigns.
- Create and maintain active and passive candidate pipelines for specific technology requirements.
- Gather, analyze, validate, and organize market intelligence data from multiple sources.
- Perform data accuracy, eligibility, and integrity checks to ensure high-quality market intelligence reports.
- Collaborate with recruitment and sales teams to improve sourcing strategies, reporting processes, and delivery methodologies.
- Utilize online platforms, corporate websites, social media, networking tools,



and industry resources for candidate and market research.

Required Skills & Experience

- Proven experience in IT recruitment, talent acquisition, or technology staffing.
- Solid experience using job boards, LinkedIn, CRM platforms, and online sourcing tools.
- Experience in market mapping, headhunting, candidate research, and passive talent engagement.
- Ability to identify and engage senior technology professionals across international markets.
- Strong understanding of technology roles, industry trends, and recruitment practices.
- Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret market data.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights and translate data into clear narratives.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, databases, and social networking platforms.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Strong phone, email, and interpersonal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience supporting global recruitment projects or international technology hiring.
- Familiarity with recruitment analytics, market intelligence tools, and talent mapping methodologies.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
