We’re now looking for a Recruitment Head to lead our talent acquisition function and strengthen our people strategy as we continue to grow.

Role Overview:

The Recruitment Head will lead and shape the company’s overall hiring strategy, ensuring productive, high-quality recruitment across all departments — including Sales, Marketing, Editorial, Operations, and Technology. This role demands a balance of strategic thinking (60%) and hands-on execution (40%), driving both structure and results.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement organization-wide recruitment strategies aligned with business goals.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a recruitment team, ensuring strong performance and accountability.
- Oversee end-to-end hiring processes for all roles and levels across departments.
- Design and monitor performance metrics, dashboards, and recruitment KPIs to drive team productivity.




- Partner with leadership and department heads to forecast hiring needs and plan workforce requirements.
- Strengthen the employer brand through effective communication, candidate experience, and visibility.
- Identify and implement tools, systems, and process improvements for recruitment efficiency.
- Ensure compliance, consistency, and excellence in all recruitment practices.

Key Requirements:

- 5–8 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a leadership/teamhandling role.
- Proven track record in building recruitment structures and leading large-scale hiring.
- Strong people management, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to balance strategic planning with day-to-day operational execution.
- Experience in publishing, education, or media sectors is a plus.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
