Role Description The Talent Acquisition Manager role is a full-time, in office position based in Vishakhapatnam. This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including workforce planning, job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and facilitating selection decisions.

The Talent Acquisition

Manager will develop and execute hiring strategies aligned with business needs, build and maintain talent pipelines, and coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting structured interviews, managing candidate communication, overseeing offer negotiation,



and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The role also involves strengthening employer branding initiatives, maintaining recruitment metrics, and ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable employment regulations.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong recruiting and full-life cycle recruiting skills, including sourcing, screening, and candidate management.
- Candidates should possess experience in hiring processes, from requisition creation to offer acceptance and onboarding coordination.
- Candidates should possess interviewing skills, with the ability to conduct structured, competency-based interviews and assess candidate fit.
- Candidates should possess employer branding and talent attraction skills to promote ASE Technologies Official as an employer of choice.
- Relevant experience in talent acquisition or HR, preferably within digital marketing, technology, or related industries.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work on-site in Vishakhapatnam and manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
