About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Talent Acquisition vertical. This is a fully remote role designed to give you hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment operations. You will work closely with our TA team to attract, assess, and onboard top talent while gaining invaluable exposure to corporate HR practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Sourcing: Actively source potential candidates through job boards, skilled networks, and internal databases.

- Screening: Review resumes and applications to evaluate candidates against job requirements.

- Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers seamlessly.

- Feedback Collection: Gather and document timely interview feedback from panel members.

- Candidate Documentation & Verification: Manage candidate documentation, background checks,



and verification processes.

- Offer Negotiation: Assist the TA team in rolling out offers and supporting basic negotiation discussions.

- Pre & Onboarding Transition Support: Ensure a smooth transition for new hires from offer acceptance through their first day.

- Hiring Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate, up-to-date recruitment trackers, reports, and applicant tracking systems.
