Job Title: Lead Talent Acquisition Specialist / TAS US IT Recruiter

Location: Anna Nagar, Chennai, TN (Onsite only)

Shift: US Shifts only, 6:00 PM – 3:30 AM (IST), Monday – Friday

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

- Should have 7+ years of experience in full life cycle of requirement process.
- Responsible to overall assigned accounts and individual performance KPIs.
- Responsible for coverage on all assigned accounts and requisitions as per Company’s process and procedures
- Ensure all recruitment checklists are thoroughly followed
- Lead and mentor other Talent Acquisition Specialists (TAS): provide guidance, share best practices, monitor performance, and ensure team members adhere to recruitment processes and KPIs.
- Report to Account Manager
- Upon requisition assignment
- Post on Job Portals and ATS.
- Pre-screening assessment within first 10 minutes
- Notify AM your assessment/feedback and if you will NOT work on the req




- Search Hotlist/Ex/Current Consultants for leads or information
- Lead and mentor other Talent Acquisition Specialists (TAS) in sourcing strategies and recruiting for niche or hard-to-fill requirements. Upon candidate submission.
- Create profile on ATS and upload any related documents to submit to Accounts Manager for approval
- Perform Final Quality Check before submission
- Notify AM of the submission
- Maintain accurate daily reports for personal recruiting activities as well as for assigned TAS team members.
- Review, consolidate, and submit daily/weekly updates to the Service Delivery Manager (SDM) and Account Manager (AM).
- Ensure team reporting is consistent, complete, and aligned with company standards.
