- Handle day-to-day recruitment activities for assigned positions across various functions.

- Understand job requirements and coordinate with hiring managers to initiate recruitment activities.

- Source candidates through job portals, employee referrals, recruitment agencies, social media, and other appropriate channels.

- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job specifications, experience, qualifications, and organizational requirements.

- Conduct preliminary HR discussions with candidates and assess their suitability, communication skills, experience, and salary expectations.

- Coordinate interview schedules with candidates, hiring managers, and functional teams.

- Follow up with interviewers and ensure timely collection of candidate feedback.

- Coordinate technical/functional assessments and maintain proper recruitment records.

- Communicate with selected candidates regarding documentation, compensation details, joining formalities, and other requirements.

- Coordinate offer release and follow up with candidates until joining.

- Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers,



and recruitment MIS on a regular basis.

- Follow up with candidates during the notice period and ensure maximum offer-to-joining conversion.

- Coordinate with HR Operations for pre-joining documentation and smooth onboarding of recent employees.

- Liaise with recruitment consultants and external hiring partners for assigned requirements.

- Maintain a talent pipeline for frequently required and critical positions.

- Ensure recruitment activities are completed within agreed timelines and manpower plans.

- Support campus recruitment, walk-in drives, job fairs, employee referral programs, and other recruitment initiatives.

- Maintain proper recruitment documentation and ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.

- Prepare periodic recruitment status reports covering open positions, interviews, offers, and joining status.

- Support the Talent Acquisition team in achieving recruitment targets and other HR initiatives as required.
