- Source top talent for IT roles within the healthcare industry through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and internal databases.
- Conduct initial screenings of resumes and cover letters to identify potential candidates who meet the requirements of the job posting.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide them with a shortlist of qualified candidates for consideration.
- Ensure timely communication with both clients (hiring managers) and applicants throughout the recruitment process.
Job Requirements :
- 4-8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment in an IT services & consulting environment.
- Strong understanding of Healthcare domain knowledge is required.
- Excellent Communication Skills with ability to build robust relationships with clients at all levels.
- Proficiency in using tools like Taleo, PeopleSoft, etc.
