KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:





Accountability

- Act as the first point of contact for all candidates looking to join the company
- Source, screen and shortlist candidates as per company needs, considering skillsets, experience, education requirements, and cultural fit
- Shortlist candidates based on company's needs in business process outsourcing, such as Invoice Process Management, Pricing; Sales, Customer Support; IT - Development & Other support functions.
- Prepare interview schedules with hiring managers
- Conduct research on the market and identify potential candidates for a given vacancy
- Conduct technical screens to assess candidates against JD & requirements
- Conduct phone interviews with shortlisted candidates
- Interviews with candidates in person when possible
- Draft job descriptions or other materials as required
- Process offers of employment for new recruits, including background checks, offer letters, and start dates
- Use job boards, Naukri, Foundit, Indeed, LinkedIn, Google search engine searches to source relevant candidates
- Provide feedback on interview performance of potential candidates after each interview
- Manage the entire recruitment life cycle from end to end

Qualifications:
- Education: Graduation/ MBA (HR) / PGDHRM.
- 5+ years of in end to end recruitment in IT & Non IT roles.
- Exceptional with communication (English, Hindi)
- Working knowledge on Zoho ATS.
- This role requires you to have excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as
- Proficient using all Microsoft Tools (Office - Excel, Word, PPT; Outlook, Teams etc.)

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
