Responsibilities

- Source candidates for Engineering roles.

- Use AI tools to improve sourcing and recruitment efficiency.

- Search candidates through LinkedIn, and other platforms.

- Understand technical JDs and identify relevant candidates.

- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate discussions.

- Research technologies, companies, and candidate profiles using AI and online tools.

- Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate records.

Requirements

- Smart, curious, and comfortable with technology.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Willingness to learn recruitment and technical hiring.

- Comfortable using ChatGPT, Gemini, and other AI tools.

- Valuable research and analytical skills.

- Prior recruitment experience is a plus.
