Role Title: Tableau Developer

Reporting To: Head-Business Intelligence & Analytics / AGM-IT Services

Initial Location of Posting: Vadodara Corporate office

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Tableau Developer to join our team and help transform raw data into impactful dashboards and visualizations that drive business decisions. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in data analysis, dashboard design, ETL like informatica and experience working with large datasets in a BI environment.

Education Qualification:

Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience:

2+ years of hands-on experience with Tableau development.

Key Responsibilities (indicative not exhaustive)

- Design, develop, and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards and reports.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and BI solutions.
- Configuration of ETL like Informatica with Big Query, data warehouse.
- Connect Tableau to various data sources (SQL, Hana, cloud platforms, spreadsheets, etc.).
- Optimize dashboard performance and improve data visualization usability.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and present analytical findings.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Tableau dashboards or data connections.
- Document technical designs, processes, and user guides.
- Stay up to date with the latest Tableau features and BI trends.





Technical Competencies:

- Proficiency in SQL and data modeling techniques.
- Experience with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, Hana or MS SQL Server.
- Strong understanding of data warehousing and ETL processes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills to interact with business and technical teams.
- Tableau Desktop and/or Tableau Server certification.
- Experience with Python or R for data analysis.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Familiarity with other BI tools (Power BI, QlikView, etc.) is a plus.
