Role Description The T24 Lead Developer will lead the design, development, and implementation of T24 (Temenos) solutions for banking and financial services clients. This full-time, on-site role is based in Pune City and involves working closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, and technical teams to translate requirements into robust, scalable T24 configurations and customizations. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing functional specifications, developing and optimizing T24 modules, performing code reviews, and ensuring adherence to best practices and security standards.

The T24 Lead Developer will guide and mentor junior developers, troubleshoot production issues, coordinate deployments,



and collaborate on performance tuning and integration with surrounding systems. The role also includes preparing technical documentation, supporting testing and validation activities, and contributing to continuous improvement of development processes and tools.

Qualifications

- Strong T24/Temenos technical expertise, including customization, configuration, and implementation of core banking modules.
- Proficiency in relevant T24 technologies (e.g., jBASE, TAFC/TAFJ, InfoBasic, OFS, APIs) and integration patterns for enterprise systems.
- Solid understanding of banking and financial services processes, such as payments, lending, deposits, and risk/compliance workflows.
- Experience leading development teams, conducting code reviews, and enforcing secure, high-quality coding standards.
- Ability to translate functional and business requirements into technical designs, with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Experience with SDLC methodologies, version control, CI/CD pipelines, and collaboration tools used in enterprise environments.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional and client teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced certifications in Temenos/T24 or core banking systems are a plus.
- Prior experience in in office client delivery in Pune or similar technology hubs, and familiarity with agile ways of working.
