Role Description

We are looking for a System Software Engineer for a full-time, on-site opportunity based in Morena, Madhya Pradesh, India.

The role is suitable for fresh graduates and early-career technology professionals interested in system software, software engineering, operating systems, backend development, application development, Linux, networking, automation, databases, cloud platforms, and enterprise technology systems.

The System Software Engineer will work closely with software, IT, data, analytics, operations, finance, production, supply chain, sales, and other business teams to develop, maintain, integrate, troubleshoot, and improve system-level software, internal applications, automation tools, and enterprise technology solutions.

The role may involve working with C, C++, Java, Python, C#, Linux, operating systems, APIs, databases, networking, scripting, cloud platforms, system integration, automation, monitoring, and enterprise applications depending on project and business requirements.

Qualifications

- B.E. / B.Tech / B.Sc. / BCA / MCA / M.Sc. / M.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Applications, Electronics, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related discipline.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with 0–5 years of experience in system software development, software engineering, system engineering, backend development, application development, embedded software, infrastructure software, automation,



or related technology roles can apply.
- Candidates currently working as System Software Engineer, Systems Engineer, Software Engineer, Software Developer, Backend Engineer, Application Engineer, Embedded Software Engineer, Platform Engineer, Infrastructure Engineer, Linux Engineer, Associate Software Engineer, or Junior Software Engineer are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates from IT services, SaaS, product companies, technology, consulting, telecom, electronics, automotive, manufacturing, logistics, fintech, analytics, or other industries are welcome.
- Basic to good programming knowledge in one or more languages such as C, C++, Java, Python, C#, Go, or similar technologies.
- Understanding of object-oriented programming, data structures, algorithms, memory management, debugging, and software-development fundamentals.
- Basic understanding of operating-system concepts such as processes, threads, memory, file systems, scheduling, synchronization, and inter-process communication will be beneficial.
- Familiarity with Linux, Unix, Windows, command-line tools, shell scripting, or system administration concepts will be beneficial.
- Exposure to system programming, low-level programming, multithreading, concurrency, sockets, or process management will be an advantage but is not mandatory.
- Basic understanding of computer networks, TCP/IP, HTTP/HTTPS, DNS, sockets, client-server architecture, or network troubleshooting will be beneficial.
- Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, web services, authentication, authorization, and system integration will be beneficial.
- Exposure to SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle, MongoDB, Redis, or similar databases will be an advantage.
- Familiarity with Git, GitHub, version control, testing, debugging, code reviews, and collaborative software-development workflows.




- Exposure to build tools, compilers, debuggers, profiling tools, or development environments will be beneficial but is not mandatory.
- Exposure to AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Docker, Kubernetes, virtual machines, containers, or cloud infrastructure will be an advantage but is not mandatory.
- Familiarity with CI/CD, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, or automated deployment workflows will be beneficial.
- Exposure to embedded systems, device drivers, firmware, hardware-software interaction, or real-time systems will be considered an additional advantage but is not mandatory.
- Exposure to microservices, distributed systems, backend services, or scalable application architecture will be beneficial but is not mandatory.
- Familiarity with logging, monitoring, system performance, troubleshooting, application deployment, or production-support concepts will be beneficial.
- Exposure to cybersecurity, access control, system hardening, secure coding, or identity-management concepts will be an advantage.
- Exposure to automation, data engineering, analytics, AI/ML, enterprise applications, or digital-transformation projects will be considered an additional advantage.
- Good analytical, logical, debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication, documentation, reporting, and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to understand technical and business requirements and translate them into practical system software solutions.
- Willingness to work in an on-site environment.
- Internship, system software project, C/C++ project, Linux project, backend project, embedded project, GitHub project, hackathon, freelance project, startup project, or academic software project will be considered but is not mandatory.
- Candidates without previous full-time system-software experience can also apply.
- Strong willingness to learn new programming languages, operating-system concepts, cloud technologies, system tools, and modern software-engineering practices.
