- Manage and support enterprise IT infrastructure and applications to ensure high availability, performance, and security.

- Administer Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 and latest versions.

- Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, RADIUS, Certificate Authority (CA) and related infrastructure components.

- Manage and troubleshoot networking infrastructure, including TCP/IP, VLANs and VPNs.

- Administer Azure / AWS cloud environments.

- Manage backup, disaster recovery and system recovery activities.

- Develop and use PowerShell / Shell scripts for automation and administration.

- Handle patch management using tools such as ManageEngine Endpoint Central and WSUS.

- Manage and monitor Antivirus and XDR security solutions, including Trend Micro, Cortex and McAfee.

- Administer Citrix and virtualization environments, including VMware, Hyper-V and NetScaler.

- Support Microsoft 365, SSO, 2FA and encryption environments.

- Monitor infrastructure using tools such as Zabbix, SolarWinds,



Nagios and WhatsUpGold.

- Follow ITIL-based processes for infrastructure and support operations.
