We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Talent Acquisition / Sr. Talent Acquisition to join our HR team in Ghatkopar, Mumbai.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment , building strong talent pipelines, sourcing quality candidates, and partnering with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand and fulfil hiring requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple roles and functions.
- Understand hiring requirements and coordinate with hiring managers and stakeholders.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other channels .
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial HR discussions with candidates.
- Coordinate interview schedules and follow-ups.
- Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Negotiate offers and support candidates through the joining process.
- Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment data in the ATS.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future requirements.
- Track recruitment metrics and provide regular hiring updates.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Requirements
- 2 – 6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
- Any Graduate qualification.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing and recruitment practices.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri and LinkedIn .
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple positions and priorities simultaneously.
- Self-driven, proactive, and target-oriented approach.
- Good follow-up and candidate management skills.
