- Manage and maintain company computers, hardware, software, and IT equipment.
- Install, configure, update, and troubleshoot hardware and software.
- Provide technical support to employees and resolve IT-related issues.
- Maintain LAN, Wi-Fi, printers, and basic network infrastructure.
- Manage Storage System, backups, antivirus, user accounts, and software licenses.
- Maintain IT asset records and coordinate with external service providers when required.
Requirements
- Good knowledge of computer hardware and software.
- Basic knowledge of networking, and office applications.
- Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
-Degree/Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in system administration or IT support is preferred.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
