Job Title: Property Search Executive – Commercial Real Estate

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Property Search Executive to join our Commercial Real Estate team in Noida.

The candidate will be responsible for identifying and sourcing commercial and industrial properties based on client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Search and identify suitable properties as per client requirements.
- Focus on Industrial Sheds, Factory Spaces, Warehouse Spaces and Office Spaces.
- Develop and maintain a database of property owners, landlords, brokers and local property consultants.
- Understand property specifications such as area, location, rent, power availability, access, loading/unloading facilities and other requirements.
- Coordinate with property owners and brokers to collect complete property details.
- Share shortlisted properties with the internal sales/key account team.
- Regularly update the property database and maintain accurate records.




- Coordinate with the Key Account Manager for property visits and client requirements.
- Explore new locations and continuously build a strong property network.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in Commercial Real Estate / Industrial Property / Warehouse Leasing will be preferred.
- Good knowledge of Noida and surrounding industrial areas.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good local market knowledge and property networking skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet daily/weekly property sourcing targets.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets and CRM is preferred.
