(1) Provide first-level software support to clients, both remotely and in office.
(2) Install, configure, and demonstrate software applications at customer premises.
(3) Troubleshoot software issues and provide timely resolutions.
(4) Conduct user training sessions and prepare training materials/documentation.
(5) Maintain records of support requests, actions taken, and resolutions provided.
(6) Coordinate with the internal technical team to escalate and resolve complex issues.
(7) Periodically visit customer sites for preventive maintenance, audits, or upgrades.
(8) Prepare reports on site visits, support tickets, and client feedback.
- 12th appearing, 12th Pass, Graduate from Any field.
- Computer Knowledge is mandatory.
- Experience in Retail Stores with computer operating experience will be an added advantage
