Job Title : BY ESP Consultant (Blue Yonder Enterprise Supply Planning Consultant)

Location : Pan India

Mode : Hybrid

Total Experience : 8 - 10 years

Key Responsibilities

- Design end-to-end solutions leveraging Blue Yonder ESP to optimize supply chain operations.
- Analyze business processes, gather requirements, and translate them into scalable technical and functional solutions.
- Configure and customize Blue Yonder ESP based on business requirements.
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams to define requirements, test scenarios, and implementation strategies.
- Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization.
- Lead integrations between Blue Yonder ESP, ERP systems, and other enterprise applications.
- Provide solution guidance throughout the SDLC, from design through implementation and hypercare support.
- Develop and conduct training sessions for business users and project teams.
- Work closely with clients and stakeholders to provide consulting expertise and ensure successful solution delivery.
- Support troubleshooting, issue resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives.





Required Skills and Experience

- At least 3 years of experience as a techno-functional consultant, with strong experience in

Mandatory skills : BY ESP, PL SQL

Domain (Industry) : Retail

Blue Yonder ESP / JDA ESP.

- Deep understanding of Supply Chain Management processes and industry best practices.
- Strong hands-on experience with Blue Yonder ESP configuration and customization.
- Excellent consulting and client-facing experience.
- Solid knowledge of Oracle Database and PL/SQL scripting.
- Understanding of systems infrastructure and enterprise application integrations.
- Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies and implementation best practices.
- Excellent communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively with both functional and technical teams.

Good to Have

- Blue Yonder ESP certification.
- Experience with ERP integrations and enterprise systems.
- Experience in supply chain transformation and automation initiatives.
