Primary Responsibilities:

The Supply Officer is responsible for handling procurement and logistics activities for assigned vessels, ensuring timely supply of goods and services in compliance with company policies, industry standards, and operational requirements.

Key Duties:

- Comply with the Integrated Management System (IMS) and all relevant international rules and regulations.

- Carry out all duties in accordance with quality, health, safety, environmental, and ethics policies.

- Manage daily procurement tasks for assigned vessels within the assigned goods and services portfolio.

- Ensure timely processing and ordering of approved requisitions.

- Receive and review supplier quotations and offers; process approvals for order placement.

- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of supplies on board through coordination of the logistics chain from supplier to vessel.

- Apply best practices and procurement procedures as defined by Group Procurement.

- Prepare and send inquiries to approved and registered suppliers.

- Analyze supplier offers and select the best option based on procurement policies (cost, quality, lead time, etc.).

- Monitor the readiness of orders at suppliers premises.

- Coordinate the shipping of orders to in-house warehouses, shipyards,



or directly to the vessel.

- Arrange backorders when necessary and follow up to completion.

- Handle problematic invoices (PIs) to ensure accurate three-way matching (Purchase Order / Invoice / Goods Receipt).

- Maintain accurate records and documentation for traceability and audit purposes.

Minimum Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.

- Minimum 2 years of experience in supply chain or procurement.

- Knowledge of technical shipping management is an advantage.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
