Inspection of material as per checklist & Inspection of material documentation.

Entry of material or posting GRN on complying with above.

Dispensing of Raw Material & Packing material as per production requirement.

Maintaining of all Documentation and Statutory Records.

Maintaining Humidity Records in Stores.

Weekly & Monthly verification of Stocks.

Planning dispatches of In-process Raw Material to Third Party Manufacturer.

Management & Supervision of Workforce in the Stores.

Maintaining the Warehouse as per GMP requirement with optimum Stocks & proper labelling.

Maintaining Calibration Records of Weighing equipment’s.

Handling Misc Jobs like preparation of petty Cash Voucher to external labour & Transporters, Gate Passes for Employees and Scrap Dealers.

Reporting (potential) delivery problems to the planning hub/department





Follow-up and fulfil customers’ orders of Finished Goods, Mother Reels and Raw Material.

Complaint handling.

Interface to outsourcing partners for external warehousing and transports making sure to make optimal use of transport capacity.

Contribute to the fulfilment of KPI’s set for Supply Service.

Identify within the area of responsibility improvement opportunities and set corrective actions (if necessary).

Might deal with customs clearing.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
