Role Overview The Supply Strategy function is scaling into a Pod-based operating model (Intra-Zone Solutioning, Assortment, Pricing, Control, Working Capital, and Seller Retention & Growth), each with its own Goal-Objective-KRA-KPI framework and initiative tracking. This role owns the analytical and reporting backbone that makes that model run - building the dashboards, tracking mechanisms, and data structures every Pod depends on, and automating the manual reporting work currently done in spreadsheets.

The team is actively migrating its reporting stack from Zoho and Metabase to Superset, so this role will play a direct part in that transition.

Key Responsibilities

- Dashboard Design & Ownership: Design, build and maintain dashboards for every Supply Pod - performance tracking, KRA/KPI scorecards, and initiative-level views for PMs and leadership.
- KRA & KPI Tracking: Own the Goal-Objective-KRA-KPI tracking framework across all Pods; ensure targets, actuals and gaps are visible on a weekly and monthly cadence.
- Process Automation: Identify manual, repetitive reporting workflows (data pulls, target computation, cross-checks) and automate them, replacing one-off spreadsheet work with reliable, repeatable processes.
- Data Structuring & Modelling: Structure and model the underlying data - source systems, raw pulls, and reporting layers - so that dashboards and targets stay accurate and consistent as new Pods and initiatives are added.
- Reporting & Presentation: Translate raw data into transparent, decision-ready summaries and presentations for PM, leadership and founder-level audiences.
- Cross-Functional Partnership: Work directly with Pod PMs and the BAU team to understand reporting needs, validate logic,



and keep tracking aligned with each Pod's actual targets.
- Base / Source Table Creation: Build and maintain the base tables and source tables that feed dashboards and reporting - writing the SQL and Python needed to pull, join, clean and structure data from source systems into a reliable reporting layer.
- BI Tool Migration: Support the ongoing migration of reporting from Zoho and Metabase to Superset, including rebuilding existing dashboards and event tracking (Mixpanel) on the new stack.

Must-Have Skills

- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative, business, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Business Analysis / Data Analysis or a related analytics role.
- SQL and Python - hands-on and required, not optional. Must be able to independently build base/source tables, not just query existing ones.
- Advanced Excel.
- Superset - hands-on experience required; the team is migrating its reporting stack to Superset.
- Dashboard Development - proven experience building and maintaining dashboards end-to-end (from source table to published dashboard).
- KPI / KRA Tracking - experience owning metric tracking and target-vs-actual reporting.
- Process Automation - experience automating manual/spreadsheet-based reporting workflows using SQL/Python.
- Data Modelling - comfortable structuring a data layer / schema, not just querying one.
- Presentation Skills - able to translate data into leadership-ready summaries.

Good-to-Have Skills

- Prior experience migrating dashboards/reporting from one BI tool to another (e.g., Metabase or Zoho to Superset).
- Experience in Supply Chain, Marketplace, or E-commerce Operations.
- Experience working directly with founders / leadership on reporting.
