Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Supervisor to manage day-to-day operations and manpower at our Khopoli, Maharashtra site. The ideal candidate should have relevant experience in the Water & Wastewater Treatment industry, with good knowledge of ETP, RO and MEE plant operations.

The candidate will be responsible for supervising site activities, managing operators and technicians, monitoring plant performance, coordinating with the Site In-Charge/client and ensuring safe and efficient execution of operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and monitor day-to-day ETP, RO and MEE plant operations.
- Ensure smooth and efficient operation of the treatment plant as per defined SOPs.
- Monitor plant parameters and ensure operations are maintained within specified limits.
- Supervise operators, technicians and other site manpower.
- Plan and allocate manpower as per shift and operational requirements.
- Monitor attendance, shift deployment and manpower productivity.
- Ensure proper operation of pumps, motors, blowers, chemical dosing systems, filters, RO systems and other plant equipment.
- Coordinate with the maintenance team for preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
- Identify operational issues and coordinate with the Site In-Charge/technical team for timely resolution.
- Monitor chemical dosing and chemical consumption as per process requirements.
- Maintain proper plant logbooks, checklists, shift reports and operational records.
- Prepare and submit daily/shift reports and other required MIS.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and cleanliness of the plant area.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, safety procedures and environmental requirements.




- Conduct toolbox talks and promote safe working practices among site employees.
- Ensure proper use of PPE by all employees working at the site.
- Coordinate with the client regarding routine operational activities and site requirements.
- Escalate plant-related issues, breakdowns and process deviations to the Site In-Charge.
- Support the Site In-Charge in achieving operational and client performance targets.
- Ensure effective communication between shifts and proper handover/takeover.
- Maintain discipline and work efficiency among site manpower.
- Support audits, inspections and client visits as required.

Required Skills & Experience
- 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in Water & Wastewater Treatment / ETP / RO / MEE operations.
- Practical experience in supervising plant operations and site manpower.
- Good knowledge of ETP, RO and MEE processes.
- Good understanding of pumps, motors, blowers, chemical dosing and basic plant equipment.
- Experience in manpower management and shift handling.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage site activities independently.
- Good knowledge of safety practices and PPE requirements.
- Basic knowledge of MIS reporting and documentation.
- Candidates with industrial ETP/RO/MEE experience will be preferred.

Desired Candidate Profile The ideal candidate should be a hands-on Supervisor with robust operational knowledge and experience in managing site manpower. Candidates who have worked in industrial ETP, RO, MEE or wastewater treatment plants and are comfortable working in shifts will be preferred. Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be preferred.
