Role & responsibilities
1. Execute daily, weekly and Monthly manufacturing schedules to meet output goals.
2. Train workers on proper equipment operations, safety protocols, and hygiene standards.
3. Communicate with warehouse and procurement teams regarding raw material availability and inventory tracking.
4. Train recent staff, coach workers, monitor performance, and manage attendance or shift coverage
5. Check machines before shifts and coordinate with maintenance teams during breakdowns or repairs
6. Overseeing daily operations workflows and maintaining efficiency across day-to-day business activities.
Manages shift operations, monitors critical process parameters, executes BMRs, coordinates with QC, QA and warehouses, and handles Batch clearance
