Role & responsibilities

- Supervise daily production and factory activities.

- Coordinate with carpenters, polishers, upholsterers and other workers.

- Check work quality and ensure production is completed on time.

- Maintain daily production and worker attendance records.

- Allocate work to workers according to priority.

- Follow up on pending orders and production status.

- Check raw materials and inform management about shortages.

- Ensure proper use and handling of tools and materials.

- Maintain cleanliness, discipline and safety in the factory.

- Report daily production updates to management.

- Coordinate with the showroom/site team whenever required.

Requirements:

- Basic knowledge of furniture manufacturing/production preferred.

- Valuable communication and team-handling skills.

- Basic knowledge of Excel/WhatsApp.

- Responsible, punctual and willing to learn.

- Fresher with a positive attitude can also apply.

Preferred Candidate: Candidate living within 56 km of Kharbi, Nagpur will be preferred.
