Role Description The Supervisor role is a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi, India. The Supervisor will oversee daily operations, including staff scheduling, task allocation, and adherence to company procedures and safety standards. The role involves monitoring service quality, supporting front-line teams, handling escalated customer issues, and coordinating with management to implement operational improvements.

The Supervisor will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, order, and compliance within assigned areas, as well as preparing basic reports on performance, incidents, and resource needs.



This position requires active presence on the floor to guide team members, ensure productive workflows, and foster a positive, professional work culture.

Qualifications

- Strong team leadership and people management skills to supervise staff, provide guidance, and support performance improvement.
- Operational and organizational skills to manage daily schedules, coordinate tasks, and maintain smooth service delivery.
- Customer service and communication skills to handle inquiries, resolve escalations, and interact effectively with visitors and colleagues.
