- 6-9 years of experience in AR calling or similar role in the US healthcare industry.
- Solid knowledge of Epic Software with Hospital billing experience
- Currently who work as a Team leader for 1.5yrears + will be eligible for this role.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with internal stakeholders and external customers.
- Proven track record of achieving high levels of productivity while maintaining accuracy standards.
