Position: Supermarket Supervisor

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible, proactive, and customer-focused Supermarket Supervisor to oversee daily store operations, ensure smooth workflow, and maintain high standards of customer service, staff performance, and store efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of supermarket staff.
- Allocate duties and prepare staff schedules as required.
- Monitor employee attendance, punctuality, grooming, and uniform compliance.
- Ensure proper display, availability, and replenishment of products.
- Monitor stock levels, expiry dates, and product quality.
- Coordinate receiving, storage, and movement of goods.
- Ensure accurate pricing, labeling, and promotional displays.
- Monitor customer service and resolve customer complaints professionally.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards are maintained.
- Monitor stock discrepancies, damages, and wastage.
- Coordinate with the Store Manager and other departments for smooth operations.




- Train and guide employees to improve performance and productivity.
- Prepare daily operational reports and submit them to the Store Manager.
- Ensure company policies and procedures are followed.
- Perform other duties assigned by the management.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum qualification: Graduation or equivalent.
- Good leadership and team-management skills.
- Robust communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and store operations.
- Customer-oriented attitude and willingness to take responsibility.

Experience
- Previous experience in supermarket, retail, or FMCG operations will be an added advantage.
- Freshers with valuable leadership and communication skills may also apply.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
