Key Responsibilities:

- Handle daily queries/requests from Customer Care Centre (CCC), Stores and stakeholders through email.
- Manage Sales Order (SO) creation, order fulfilment and cancellation processes.
- Coordinate with suppliers, warehouses, hubs, stores, transporters and logistics teams.
- Handle PO-related activities, including PO cancellation, exceptions, supplier orders and invoice matching.
- Coordinate with suppliers for production rescheduling and ETA updates.
- Manage and follow up on inventory, stock movement and warehouse activities.
- Positive understanding of Inbound & Outbound Supply Chain processes and Cross-Docking.
- Handle warehouse inventory and return-to-store activities.




- Investigate and resolve system/order exceptions within defined TAT and quality standards.
- Ensure business partner requirements are completed on time and with required quality.
- Track and achieve team KPIs, TAT and productivity targets.
- Coordinate with multiple departments/units to ensure smooth product flow.
