Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Studio Manager to oversee the daily operations of our studio. The ideal candidate will ensure a smooth workflow, manage staff and resources, and create an efficient, positive setting for both clients and team members.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day studio operations, ensuring everything runs efficiently
- Supervise and support studio staff, including scheduling and performance management
- Coordinate bookings, appointments, and client communications
- Maintain studio cleanliness, organization, and overall presentation
- Handle inventory management, ordering supplies, and vendor coordination
- Monitor budgets, expenses, and basic financial reporting
- Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction
- Implement and improve operational processes and systems

Requirements:





- Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role (studio, retail, hospitality, or similar environment)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Proficiency with scheduling software and basic office tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in a creative, fitness, wellness, or production studio environment
- Basic knowledge of budgeting and business operations
- Customer service or client-facing experience

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
