Role Description This is a full-time, in office Study Abroad Advisor role based in Kochi.

The Study Abroad

Advisor will provide individualized counseling to students on suitable countries, universities, and programs aligned with their academic backgrounds and career goals.

Responsibilities include guiding applicants through admission procedures, documentation requirements, and timelines for destinations such as Europe and the UK. The role involves assisting with visa processes, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring that students understand scholarship options and financial planning. The advisor will conduct information sessions,



maintain accurate student records, follow up on application status, and offer pre-departure guidance to help students transition smoothly to their chosen study destination.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Educational Consulting and general Consulting to guide students through program selection and application processes.
- Candidates should possess clear Communication and Interpersonal Communication skills to interact effectively with students, families, and institutional representatives.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Visas and related procedures to support students with documentation, requirements, and timelines.
- Candidates should ideally have experience in study abroad counseling, higher education advising, or international education services.
- Candidates should have strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail in handling applications and documentation.
- Candidates should be comfortable using CRM or student management systems and basic office software for reporting and record-keeping.
- A bachelor’s degree in any discipline, preferably in education, counseling, business, or related fields, is highly beneficial.
- Proficiency in English and local languages, along with a customer-focused and ethical approach to advising, will be an advantage.
