– Student Affairs Executive

- Maintain and update student master data and student profiles.

- Maintain complete and accurate student records from admission to graduation.

- Manage and maintain student personal, academic, fee, scholarship and administrative files.

- Verify and update student details in the ERP/SIS and institutional databases.

- Collect, verify and maintain documents submitted by students.

- Coordinate the Government and institutional scholarship process.

- Assist students in applying for various scholarships and financial assistance schemes.

- Verify scholarship applications and supporting documents.

- Track scholarship applications, approvals, rejections and pending cases.

- Coordinate with students, parents, HoDs, Accounts and Government authorities regarding scholarships.

- Maintain scholarship-wise and student-wise records.





- Ensure timely submission of scholarship applications and required documents.

- Process student requests for Bonafide, Study, Conduct, Course, Transfer and other certificates.

- Maintain certificate issue registers and supporting documents.

- Maintain proper physical and digital filing systems for all student records.

- Ensure proper indexing, filing, retrieval and archiving of student documents.

- Identify and follow up on missing or incomplete student documents.

- Maintain records of student admissions, transfers, withdrawals, discontinuation and graduation.

- Prepare department-wise, year-wise and category-wise student strength reports.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
