We are looking for motivated B.Tech Civil Engineering graduates to join our team as Graduate Trainees in Façade Structural Engineering.
This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to receive structured training and develop specialized skills in façade structural analysis and design, with exposure to high-rise building projects and international engineering practices.
Key Learning & Responsibilities
During the training and subsequent role, candidates will get exposure to:
- Structural analysis and design of façade systems for high-rise buildings.
- Preparation of detailed structural calculation reports for consultant approval.
- Review and assessment of structural reports as a Third-Party Consultant.
- Specialized software used in façade structural engineering.
- International engineering standards, codes and industry practices.
- Practical approaches to façade structural design and engineering.
Eligibility
- B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong interest in Structural / Façade Engineering.
- Positive analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to learn specialized engineering software and international standards.
- Candidates who can join immediately are preferred.
Training & Career Development
- 2-Month Structured Training Program
- Training under a Senior Structural Engineer with 20+ years of façade industry experience.

Compensation & Work Schedule
- Training Period: 2 months with stipend.
- After Training: Salary will be discussed and finalized based on the candidate's performance and selection process.
- Working Hours: 8 hours per day
- Working Days: 5.5 days per week
Project Exposure Successful candidates may receive exposure to projects associated with:
UAE | Qatar | Bahrain
Preferred Location
Candidates from Nadapuram, Vadakara, Kuttiady, Thalassery and nearby areas are preferred.
