Role Description The Strawberry Project Manager will oversee end-to-end management of strawberry cultivation and related projects, ensuring timely planning, execution, and delivery in alignment with company quality standards. This full-time, in office role is based in Haveli and involves coordinating with farmers, internal agronomy teams, and external partners to manage sowing schedules, input supply, field operations, and harvest planning. The individual will monitor project progress, track timelines, manage risks, and ensure that inspection, quality control, and logistical activities are efficiently handled.

Daily responsibilities include supervising expediting activities for seeds and materials,



overseeing field inspections, managing logistics for distribution, and maintaining accurate documentation and reporting. The role also involves continuous process improvement, stakeholder communication, and alignment of project outcomes with business and customer requirements.

Qualifications

- Project management skills, including Project Management and Expediting, with experience coordinating multiple tasks, timelines, and stakeholders.
- Expeditor and Expediting capabilities for tracking orders, ensuring timely delivery of seeds, materials, and resources to project sites.
- Inspection skills to oversee field inspections, quality checks, and compliance with agricultural standards and company protocols.
- Logistics Management skills to plan and manage transportation, storage, and distribution activities for strawberry projects.
- Experience in agriculture or horticulture, ideally in fruit or vegetable crop management, is highly beneficial.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and documentation skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in reporting.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate with farmers, technical teams, and management.
- Relevant degree or diploma in Agriculture, Horticulture, Agribusiness, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred.
