Role Description The Strength and Conditioning Coach is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, responsible for designing and delivering evidence-based training programs for athletes and performance-focused clients. Day-to-day tasks include conducting performance and movement assessments, planning and supervising individualized strength and conditioning sessions, and monitoring progress using objective data and testing protocols.
The coach will collaborate with sports science and rehabilitation professionals to support injury prevention, return-to-play programs, and ongoing performance optimization.
The role also involves educating clients on training principles, recovery strategies, and secure exercise techniques, while maintaining accurate training records and contributing to a culture of intent-driven, measurable performance.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Sports Science and understanding of human performance principles.
- Applied expertise in Strength & Conditioning and Strength Training program design and delivery.
- Experience working on Athletic Performance enhancement, including speed, power, and endurance development.
- Knowledge and practical experience in Injury Prevention strategies within training and return-to-play contexts.
- Relevant certification in strength and conditioning, sports science, or exercise physiology (e.g., CSCS, S&C-specific; credentials) preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in sports science, kinesiology, exercise science, or a related field is advantageous.
- Ability to coach diverse populations, communicate clearly, and provide constructive, data-informed feedback.
- Comfort working with testing tools, basic performance analytics, and maintaining detailed training documentation.
- Commitment to on-site presence, collaborative work, and continuous professional development.
