We’re looking for a Strategy & Creative Director (4–8 Years) who can think beyond the brief, find the big idea, and lead it from concept to execution.

Someone who understands that excellent agency work isn't just about making something look good — it's about knowing what to say, why to say it, and how to make people remember it.

What you'll do:• Develop creative and communication strategies based on client objectives

- Turn briefs, business challenges, and market insights into strong campaign ideas
- Lead ideation for TVCs, digital films, social campaigns, brand films, reels, activations, and integrated campaigns
- Develop concepts, campaign narratives, creative routes, scripts, and visual directions
- Present and sell ideas confidently to clients and internal teams
- Direct creative execution from concept to final output
- Work closely with Copywriters, Art Directors, Designers, Video Teams, Production, and Digital teams
- Guide shoots and productions — from pre-production planning to on-ground direction and post-production
- Push the team to think differently and avoid predictable ideas
- Maintain creative consistency across multiple platforms and formats
- Stay updated with culture, trends, technology, social conversations, and emerging creative formats
- Mentor junior creatives and build a strong ideation-driven creative culture within the agency

Mandatory (yes,



this matters):• 4–8 years of experience in an Advertising Agency, Creative Agency, Digital Agency, Production House, or similar environment

- Strong understanding of Creative Strategy + Ideation + Storytelling + Brand Communication
- Ability to develop an idea and take it all the way to execution
- Strong scripting and conceptual thinking skills
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Experience directing or creatively leading shoots and content productions
- Strong understanding of digital and social-first content
- Ability to work across different industries, audiences, and brand personalities
- A portfolio that demonstrates thinking, not just execution
