Company Description The Association of People with Disability (APD), India is a non-governmental organization that has been transforming the lives of underprivileged people with disabilities since 1959. Based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, APD implements comprehensive programs across rural and urban regions to enable and empower children and adults with diverse disabilities, including locomotor, spinal cord injury, speech and hearing, cerebral palsy, and certain mental health conditions.

Role Description This internship role as a Strategic Partnerships Intern is an in office position located in the Bengaluru at APDs Lingarajapuram campus.

The intern will support the identification, development, and management of partnerships with NGOs and other stakeholders aligned with APD’s mission.

- Ability to work collaboratively in diverse teams, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office or similar productivity tools; experience with CRM or partner management tools is an advantage.

- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Social Work, Development Studies, Management, Public Policy, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
